Apartment Rental Reservation Downtown Montreal

Contact us regarding the availability of apartment(s) you would be interested in. We will then inform you about its or their availability and rental conditions (price, reservation and security deposits).

The apartment will be reserved for you, only upon reception of the usual 500$ reservation deposit. This deposit can be made as follows:

By PayPal:

When agreed upon all terms and conditions, we send you a paypal request for the confirmation deposit of 500$.

By bank transfer:

Our banking data will be sent to you on request. Please check with your financial institution that the transfer covers all the fees at the Montreal bank, otherwise these fees will be payable, upon arrival, on presentation of a depository slip from our banking institution.

Upon receipt of your reservation deposit, we will send you a reservation confirmation by e-mail , as well as the information concerning the apartment (address and phone number).

Cancellation Policy for Rentals Condos

In case of cancellation two weeks or more before the rental date, the reservation deposit is refundable, less a $100 service fee. In case of cancellation less than one (1) month prior to your rental date, no refunds will be made.

Arrival at the rented apartment

It will be the representative who will welcome you at the apartment. Thank you for letting us know your time of arrival at the apartment.

Upon arrival at the apartment, you will sign the rental contract, pay the rent balance and the security deposit. This balance has to be paid cash in Canadian funds.

The apartment’s keys will then be given to you.

The prices mentioned correspond to a check-in time at 16:00 and a check-out time at 11 o’clock (unless otherwise arranged with the representative.

Balance of first month's rent and a one-month security deposit are required upon arrival. All damages to the unit and its content will be charged and deducted at replacement value from the security deposit. The security deposit will be reimbursed up to fifteen days following a complete inspection of the premises.

Insurance for Rentals Condos

The landlord has subscribed an insurance policy for the apartment you are renting, but your personal belongings are not covered by this insurance. We are asking you to subscribe to a personal insurance policy for civil responsibility, as well as for the persons travelling with you. You should also insure all personal belongings against fire, theft and vandalism.

It is understood that the owner's insurance does not cover for the personal assets and belongings of the tenant.

Departure

You are renting an apartment in which the housework cleaning has been done prior to your arrival, and which will be done again after your departure. Nevertheless, we are asking you to leave the apartment clean and tidy. Fees of $15 an hour could be claimed if the apartment is not left in such a way:

• Apartment must be clean
• Bed linens and towels must be removed and placed in the bathtub
• Refrigerator and pantry emptied of all leftover food
• Stove, fridge and micro-wave oven cleaned
• Garbage bin emptied
