What's included with the location of your condos?

Basically all you need but your personal things. Everything is there: sheets,towels, pots and pans, all appliances (washer and dryer in each unit) and even cleaning products. There's of course, a high speed internet connection, local phone and cable tv.

The apartment includes an intermediate internet connection with limited data transfer: 20 Gb per month download, 10 Gb per month upload. Additional charges will be transferred to the tenant.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, since some of our clients may be allergic, we prefer refusing some rentals than to take the risk of having a tenant suffer from it.

This is a non-smoking and pet free apartment. A 300$ fine will be deducted from security deposit if these rules are not respected. Also, a 100$ fee will be charged for lost keys.

Can I rent for just a few days?

For Kennedy Suites: Our minimum stay is of one month (1) and we do not take reservations more than one month (1) in advance.

For Urban Bloc: Our minimum stay is of six months (6) and we do not take reservations more than two months (2) in advance.
